At this time, we don’t offer expedited shipping. We’re committed to ensuring that every order is handled with care and attention, and while we don’t have a rush option, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
We ship all orders from our facility in New Jersey.
Your order will typically ship within 2-3 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.
If you've entered the wrong address, please email us at info@loowipes.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Please email us at info@loowipes.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order.
Currently, we don’t offer international shipping, but we hope to expand in the future.
We understand how frustrating it is when an order goes missing. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we recommend checking with your neighbors or delivery driver, as packages are sometimes delivered to the wrong address. If your package is still missing, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Once you have a claim number, please email us at info@loowipes.com, and we’ll assist you in replacing your order.
To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please contact us at info@loowipes.com within 10 days of order delivery. We will ask you to send us a photo to assess the damage/defective item(s).
To ensure the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns. This policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of our products. If you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Yes, you can, but like using a paper towel as a napkin, it’s not the ideal choice. As a general rule of thumb, we don’t recommend using any scented wipe on your face, especially if you have sensitive skin.
For older children, yes! We recommend using our Classic, fragrance-free, wipes if your child has sensitivities to essential oils, which are used in our fragrance for scented wipes.
A Helpful Tip: no matter what adult wipe brands claim, they are not suitable for babies. We recommend using wipes marked as "baby wipes" for babies.
Why?
- Babies have a different skin pH balance than adults, and products designed for adults may disrupt this balance, causing discomfort or skin issues.
- All plant-based wipes tend to be slightly more abrasive than most baby wipes, which are all non-flushable and woven with plastic fibers.
We offer both fragrance-free wipes, called Classic, and scented wipes, called Agave.
Our wipes are just the right size, measuring 4.25” x 6.5”, which is slightly larger than a sheet of toilet paper. We believe making them larger would be wasteful.
We uphold the highest ethical standards and ensure our products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
We use fragrances blended from essential oils and recommend you avoid the scented products. We are continuously working with newer formulations and fragrances and hope to release a scented hypoallergenic version soon.
We prioritize using clean and natural ingredients in our wipes. Some wipes on the market are produced on lines that make heavy duty industrial cleaning wipes or have traces of these chemicals in the products.
To ensure quality, our wipes are produced on dedicated lines specifically for our products, separate from those used for heavy-duty industrial cleaning.
This means our wipes are free from any potential contamination by such chemicals.
The paper tube is home compostable. However, we recommend recycling all the components for industrial composting. It's faster and more efficient.
